Seasonal affective disorder (SAD): Part 2This module aims to give you an understanding of the management of seasonal affective disorder (SAD).

 

We will first revisit the symptoms and diagnosis of SAD, and then go on to look at:

 

  • management of SAD

 

  • light therapy

 

  • some case illustrations.

 

Please note that whilst symptoms and diagnosis of SAD are briefly summarised in the first section of this module, the first module: Seasonal affective disorder (SAD): Part 1 covers these areas in more detail alongside the historical aspects of SAD, aetiology and epidemiology.
