This module gives an overview of computer-aided cognitive behaviour therapy (cCBT) and answers common questions from clinicians, managers, patients and carers questions such as:

 

  • How is computer-aided therapy relevant to me?

 

  • Does cCBT work and how?

 

  • Does cCBT suit some people more than others?

 

  • Is cCBT good value for money?

 

  • How can patients access cCBT and what brief 'human' support do they need while using cCBT?
