Dr Chris WilliamsDr Chris Williams is Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry and Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist at the University of Glasgow. His main clinical and research interest is in the area of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and in particular in looking at ways of disseminating this approach more widely. He has developed written and computer-based self-help treatments for anxiety, depression and bulimia including the free CBT life skills website, www.livinglifetothefull.com, and is a well-known CBT trainer and teacher.

Rebeca Martinez, Dr med, LMS, MSc, DTM&H, PgDipCBT, MRCGP, MRCPsych

 

Dr Rebeca MartinezDr Rebeca Martinez is a Lecturer in Psychiatry and Honorary Specialist Registrar at the University of Glasgow. She has a research interest in early detection and interventions for common mental health problems particularly at Primary Care level. She has been involved in the training of psychiatric trainees in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
