Dr Chris WilliamsProfessor of Psychosocial Psychiatry and Honorary Consultant Psychiatrist, University of Glasgow

 

Dr Chris Williams's main clinical and research interest is in the area of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and in particular in looking at ways of disseminating this approach more widely. He has developed written and computer-based self-help treatments for anxiety, depression and bulimia including the free CBT life skills website www.livinglifetothefull.com, and he is a well-known CBT trainer and teacher.

Dr Rebeca MartinezLecturer in Psychiatry and Honorary Specialist Registrar, University of Glasgow

 

Dr Rebeca Martinez has a research interest in early detection and interventions for common mental health problems, particularly at Primary Care level. She has been involved in the training of psychiatric trainees in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
