 Dr Geoffrey Lloyd is a
Visiting Consultant at Priory Hospital North London and an Emeritus
Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist at the Royal Free Hospital.
He has a particular interest in the
psychiatric manifestations of physical illness and symptoms. He was
formerly Chairman of the Liaison Psychiatry Faculty of the Royal
College of Psychiatrists and President of the Psychiatry Section of
the Royal Society of Medicine.
He edited, with Professor Else Guthrie, the
Handbook of Liaison Psychiatry which was awarded First
Prize in the mental health category at the British Medical
Association Book Awards, 2008.

Russell Foster BSc, BA, CandMag, MSc, PhD, MB, BS,
MRCPsych
 Dr Russell Foster is Honorary Consultant Liaison
Psychiatrist, Institute of Liver Studies, King’s College Hospital
and Consultant Psychiatrist, South London and Maudsley NHS
Trust.
He has special interests in psychiatry and
blood borne infections in addition to medical aspects of
psychiatry. He is a contributing author to the Maudsley
Prescribing Guidelines and is the author of Clinical
Laboratory Investigation and Psychiatry: A Practical Handbook,
published by Informa Healthcare in 2008.
