By the end of this module, we hope you will be able to:

demonstrate an understanding of the main characteristics and motivations of prisoners who die by suicide

identify the clinical and environmental factors most strongly associated with suicide risk in prisoners

apply knowledge of how suicides and attempted suicides are prevented and managed in prisons.
