Jamie Richardson, MBBS, MSc, MRCPsych

ST5 in Intellectual Disability Psychiatry at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, working in the ENE Community Learning Disability Team in Seacroft, Leeds.

 

After completing foundation and core training in Leeds, Dr Richardson is currently a higher trainee in intellectual disability in the Yorkshire and Humber region. Having just completed out-of-programme experience as a psychiatry tutor at the University of Leeds, he is currently a Sustainability scholar at the Royal College of Psychiatrists, where he is undertaking work on integrating sustainability into the education programme.

Hugh Grant-Peterkin, MBChB, BSc, MRCPsych

Consultant in Older Adult Liaison Psychiatry, East London NHS Foundation Trust.

 

Dr Grant-Peterkin has a longstanding interest in sustainability and is proud to be a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists' Sustainability Committee. He has an interest in medical education, his area of responsibility within the Committee. He also has an interest in and is a member of the RCPsych Working Group on Mental Health of Refugees and Asylum Seekers. He trained in Bristol and the Maudsley before working in east London, has completed a 1-year Fellowship in Medical Education at QMUL Centre for Psychiatry and has worked in Zimbabwe with an Institute of Psychiatry teaching/research scheme.

Daniel Maughan, MD, MRCPsych, MBChB, BSc Hons

Consultant Psychiatrist for the Early Intervention Service at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Associate Registrar for Sustainability at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

 

Dr Maughan has an active interest in clinical research with a particular focus on sustainable quality improvement and early psychosis. His work at the Royal College of Psychiatrists is aimed at stimulating the adoption of sustainable practices in mental health, and he has published several research papers on service developments in mental health. He has also authored national reports about waste in the NHS and has developed national level policy and commissioning guidance. He has undertaken a Fellowship with the NHS Leadership Academy and has postgraduate qualifications in leadership, service improvement and university teaching.
