psychotherapy conducted in a person's second language
- the interpretation problems peculiar to psychiatry and the
effect of using unqualified interpreters;
- the pitfalls of using a patient’s relatives or friends as
interpreters and why this is to be avoided;
- how to begin practical working in interpreter-mediated
situations.
